Mit über 40 Jahre SINUMERIK Erfahrung als Siemens Mitarbeiter in Applikation, verfüge ich über entsprechendes technisches Wissen über die aktuellen SINUMERIK Steuerungen (800’er Reihe und SINUMERIK ONE), aber auch über die älteren SINUMERIK Steuerungen.
I retired from Siemens at the end of 2019, after over 40 years invovlement with the SINUMERIK CNC controllers in the areas Application, Training,Faultfinding. I am competent working with all the current SINUMERIK controls (800' series and SINUMERIK ONE), but also with the older SINUMERIK controls.

Zu meinen Einsatzbereichen zählen: Inbetriebnahme der NC, Antriebe, dezentrale Peripherie mit Safety Baugruppen, Erstellen oder Anpassungen des SPS Programmes (Step7 classic und TIA), Inbetriebnahme von Safety Integrated, 5 Achsmaschinen, Run MyRobot mit KUKA, Comau, Stäubli.
I can offer support in these areas: Start-up of the CNC, drives and PLC, generation of the PLC programm, modifications to the exisiting program, set-up of Safety Integrated, 5 Axis machines, Run MyRobot (handling,machining. direct control).

Ich habe zwei Wohnorte, Nürnberg in Deutschland und Bradford in UK. Ich bin auch weltweit einsatzbereit, ob bei Ihnen im Werk oder bei Ihrem Kunden vor Ort.

Ende 2019 bin ich in den Ruhestand von Fa. Siemens AG getreten. Seit 1979 war ich bei Siemens als technischer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Ausrüstung für Werkzeugmaschinen Steuerungen und Industrieroboter tätig. In dieser Zeit habe ich in UK, Deutschland und USA gearbeitet.
I retired from Siemens after over 40 years at the end of 2019. I joined Siemens in the UK in 1979,moved later to Germany, then to the USA and finally back to Germany. During all this time I was a technical support engineer in the area of equipment for machine tools and industrial robots.

Auch nach meiner Pensionierung bin ich als weiterhin als „Sinumeriker“ aktiv und biete technische Unterstützung für Maschinenhersteller und Endanwender von Anlagen mit Siemens SINUMERIK.
Since retiring I have so far been able to remain active as a „Sinumeriker“ and enjoy being able to help machine builders and users of equipmemt with Siemens SINUMERIK.
